Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is currently looking to fill several contact centre vacancies at the DHA3 level in our Newcastle location.

**Role: Maintenance Contact Centre (MCC) Consultant**
**Level: DHA Level 3**
**Salary Range: $69,389 - $76,886 per annum, plus superannuation**
**Location**:Newcastle**

**About the team**:
DHA’s contact centres provide a range of services to Defence members, investors and third parties including the establishment of entitlements, property care and lease advice. The contact centres operate on an omnichannel platform and are governed by the parameters outlined in DHA’s Defence Services Agreement.

**About the role**:
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will work under general supervision and be responsible for the administration of entitlements for Defence members, coordination of tenancy services and management of lessor enquiries within articulated key performance expectations. In the course of your duties, you will communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive advice, support and resolution of issues.

**Skills you need to succeed as a Contact Centre Consultant**:

- experience providing exceptional customer service and delivering results
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders in a timely manner
- a proven track record planning own work goals and priorities that align with team outcomes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) targets
- demonstrated organisational skills, sound judgment and attention to detail
- the ability to adapt to change in the workplace and work collaboratively as a team member
