**About the Role**
WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced and organised Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Tomago.
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, scheduling and maintenance of site-specific resources ensuring mínimal impact on day-to-day operations.
This position is a 12 month fixed term, offered on a roster of 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Electrical Trade background or industry experience is desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance procedures and experience in developing maintenance plans,
- Excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Microsoft Office skills and experience using MEX Maintenance Planning Software is preferred but not essential
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet objectives
- Proven experience in contractor supervision and management
