We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated consultants to join our team, located in Fortitude Valley.

Reporting to the Customer Interaction Centre Manager, in this role you will be primarily responsible for inbound and outbound aftersales customer communications. **You will be an integral part of our customer experience and possess the following skills and experience**:

- Proven ability to provide high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner with the ability to convert inbound and outbound calls to appointments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and booking details.
- Experience and interest in the automotive industry with knowledge of dealer management systems (e.g. Pentana) _is desired, but not essential._
- Sound Microsoft Office and systems knowledge with fast and accurate data entry
- A learning orientation to maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services.

The Customer Interaction Consultant role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experience, utilising their communication skills & maintaining a busy schedule.
