We are looking for someone ready to accelerate their career and take that next step towards project management in a newly created role as **Project Coordinator** for our **Store **Development & Projects** function. In this **twelve**-month**,** fixed-term** role you will hit the ground running - no two days will be the same. Reporting to the Head of Store Development, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers in the end-to-end store development process.

We’re looking for a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail who values customer service as highly as we do. You will take ownership of a number of critical administrative duties including:

- Supplier creation and maintenance; ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinating with immediate team and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate project schedules
- Coordinating repairs & maintenance
- Data entry
- Reconciliations of purchase orders against invoices
- Liaising with finance to ensure the timely payment of invoices

You'll also need:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
