In this role, you’ll manage the movement of our essential loan kits, working closely with stakeholders to coordinate returns, maintain stock levels, and support smooth logistics operations across ANZ. **Experience required**:

- **2+ years** of experience in logistics, supply chain, or loan kit coordination (preferably in the medical or healthcare industry).
- Strong understanding of **reverse logistics processes** and **loan kit management**.
- Proficiency in **inventory management systems** and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent **organisational and problem-solving skills** with strong attention to detail.
- Effective **communication and stakeholder management** skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of **quality and safety compliance requirements** in a healthcare or regulated industry is desirable.
- Willingness to participate in **on-call rotation** after completing probation and required training.
