Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Reverse Logistics Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and team success.

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Loan Kit Coordinators, empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. You will also drive process improvements, optimize workflow, and reduce costs to maximize resource utilization.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential, as you will be committed to delivering exceptional results and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reverse logistics operations, with expertise in receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within Reverse Logistics, Medical Devices (loan kits) or similar.
  • Reverse Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of reverse logistics processes, including receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements in reverse logistics operations.
