Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Program Manager to oversee and improve our reverse logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with expertise in last-mile transportation carrier management, network improvement initiatives, and data analysis.

They should be able to drive cross-functional engagement, lead complex projects, and think strategically about organizational success.

A track record of delivering end-to-end projects autonomously, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve aspects of returns last-mile transportation carrier management, including operations excellence, performance management, escalations, carrier relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify, analyze, and lead network improvement initiatives for existing and new reverse logistics solutions, optimizing capacity, quality, speed, delivery experience, concessions, and cost.
  • Generate and review relevant transportation metrics, driving improvements and automation over time.
  • Prepare and lead operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate transportation planning and reverse logistics forecasts with carriers to ensure sufficient capacity.

  • Ability to drive cross-functional engagement with internal and external teams.
  • Track-record of delivering end-to-end projects autonomously, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to write well-reasoned proposals, performing data analysis as necessary.
  • Owns responsibility for organization's success, thinking beyond immediate team or area of focus.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • 1+ years of experience managing last mile carrier partners in Australia.
