**ONCALL Training College and Divtec (OTC/DIVTEC) are** **nationally recognised RTOs** specialising in training for the **community services and disability sector**. We deliver accredited qualifications, short courses, and custom-designed programs that empower learners and strengthen organisations. With demand growing, we’re expanding our training team - and that’s where you come in.

**The Role**

We’re looking for **passionate Trainers and Assessors** to deliver:

- Short Courses: Medication Administration, Manual Handling, PEG Feeding, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Diabetes Awareness, Positive Behaviour Support, Autism Support & more.
- Accredited Qualifications**:Diploma of Community Services** & **Certificate IV in Mental Health**.

Training is delivered face-to-face, blended and on-site.

**What You'll Bring**
- ** Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)**:

- Strong industry background in community services/mental health
- Passion for sharing knowledge and motivating learners
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Current WWCC (Employee) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
