Australian National Institute of Education (ANIE) is a privately owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Seven Hills, and is hiring a trainer and assessor for Civil Construction and Design courses..

**About the role**:
We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver RII60520 & RII50520 - Diploma & Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design at Seven Hills Campus.

**Key responsibilities of this role will vary according to teaching load, and include but are not limited to the following**:

- Provide training & assessment, and student services that adhere to access and equity principles, meet individual student needs, and maximize student outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and make decisions in accordance with assessment principles and rules of evidence.
- Validate, moderate, and continuously improve assessment tools and processes, and moderate assessment decisions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain current VET knowledge and skills, industry skills/vocational competence, and trainer/assessor competence.

**Skills and qualifications required for this role**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Diploma and/or higher-level qualification in adult education - Relevant Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in training and assessment within the VET sector is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Resume and cover letter
- Copy of appropriate degrees and qualifications
