**Do work that matters**

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Corporate Services Technology, the role of the Executive Manager, Strategy & Transformation is to lead the development and management of the business unit's strategic agenda, deliver thought leadership and identifying key opportunities and threats against the operating environment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the Corporate Technology Leadership Team supporting our ambition to reimagine customer and people experience with technology
- Support the leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are effectively translated into execution across Corporate Technology
- Identify and develop opportunities and strategies to implement and manage operational consistency and alignment across the business unit.
- Prepare strategy materials for the Executive General Manager for various business, risk and governance forums
- Act as a key business partner and provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders including tracking against progress of change outcomes.
- Lead and support the adoption and embedding of delivery ways of working and tooling changes across the BU/SU
- Lead and drive a multiple channel internal communications strategy for Corporate Technology aligned with brand and reputation
- Collaborate with key project and communications stakeholders across the organisation to deliver key communications and engagement events and campaigns.

**We’re interested in hearing from people with**:

- Demonstrated capability in a Head Of / Executive Manager role, with experience in financial services, program delivery or operational excellence
- Track record managing transformation planning and delivery
- Experience driving change across large scale and complex business environments
- Extensive experience managing a broad range of stakeholders including strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in strategy development and communication, with ability to influence and lead
