**Your new company**

This position is with a leading Australian Bank, based at their Brisbane contact centre in their Home Lending & Financial Hardships team.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for handling high volume Inbound and Outbound calls, assisting customers in hardship/unable to meet their contractual home loan repayments and providing solutions with the goal of getting those repayments made.
- Temporary role for 6 months, then permanent
- 26th June start, with 4 - 6 weeks training
- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 3 shifts 9am - 5pm, 2 shifts 10am - 6pm, 37.5 hours (full time hours)
- WFH/Office: 4 days in office flexibility, 1 day at home (could change in future), full time in office for Training
- Brisbane CBD based
- $35 per hour + super

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven customer service experience (essential)
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy & compassion (essential)
- Ability to work in the Brisbane office.
