Join our team as an **Operations Admin **at our Murarrie Warehouse.

Start time**:5:00am**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective movement of pallet and operations data
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive processing of manifests
- Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the site manager.
- Collaborate with internal functions to meet business requirements.
- Utilize experience in the transport industry and solid understanding of driver and subcontractor compliance.
- Ad hoc operations admin as required
- Ensure accurate and error-free entry of data in to relevant systems
- Organise and review driver run sheets and report discrepancies to management
- Support and process Dangerous Goods load plans, while ensuring that all Dangerous Goods Declarations are properly attached to customer consignments.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of the transport & logistics industry highly desirable.
- Must have a background in administration.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- An ability to work in a changing environment.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- A friendly and helpful demeanor.
