**What does a day as our Operations Assistant look like?**

Your focus will be on providing administrative assistance to the Operations Team, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our programs including:

- Providing administrative and logistics support to the Operations Team, to enable them to deliver great programs to clients, ensuring materials are available, and delivered where they need to be
- Recording program attendance, collating participant feedback, data entry and generating reports
- Setting up webinars, including providing support and troubleshooting
- Adding participants to the Learning Management system, and generating completion reports
- Office administration, including maintaining office supplies and uniforms, organising office maintenance and maintaining office presentation.

**What you’ll bring**:
We’re keen to upskill you to kick start your admin career, so we’re looking for someone with a great positive attitude, enthusiastic and keen to learn and grow in an administration support role.

**About you**:

- A people person who enjoys providing quality support to a team
- Known for being highly organised you have exceptional attention to detail and great time management skills
- IT savvy with strong skills in MS Word and Excel
- Some experience in customer support, such as hospitality, retail or admin, would set you up for success in this role

Bonus points (but not essential):

- Minimum Cert III in Business Administration or related discipline would be highly regarded.
