- As an experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator you'll play a crucial role in assisting project managers, teams and stakeholders by handling various administrative tasks that help facilitate project success This 12 month opportunity (with the possibility of an extension) provides you with the chance to showcase your highly effective and efficient project support skills, while being supported by our Principals to ensure that you are always achieving the best results for our customers._

The Project Administrator role encompasses diverse responsibilities crucial for project efficiency. They prepare documents, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements while ensuring accurate data entry and processing of credit card transactions. Handling IT setups and aiding new team members during onboarding are part of their tasks. They manage correspondence, maintain files, and analyse data for accurate reporting. They contribute to project review reports and assist in project planning, risk management, and budget tracking. Safety reporting and timesheet management ensure compliance and accurate payments. Overseeing purchases, invoicing, and maintaining organized records are also key.

In essence, Project Administrators play a pivotal role by efficiently coordinating administrative tasks and supporting project execution within established frameworks.
