Our client is a wholly Australian owned & operated business proudly distributing HVAC goods for over 28 years. Head office operations are located in QLD. They are seeking an experienced administration/Customer Service person to join their dynamic and supportive team. **Responsibilities**:

- Processing sales orders & liaise with wholesale trade customers & manufacturers
- General office administration duties including generating and maintaining sales documentation, customer records, stock controls and reporting
- Raising purchase orders/ keeping track of ETA’s whilst maintaining customer excellence
- Outbound/inbound sales calls to further support our marketing efforts
- Processing payments

**Skills and experience**
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service driven
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving & time management
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office
- Must be reliable

This role would suit someone who can work within a small team. The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of their role as part of their induction and also have ongoing support from within the team.
