**About the role**

The **Customer Service & Sales Support** is a **full-time** position based in **Welshpool, WA**. Reporting to the **Customer Service Team Leader**, you will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time

**In this role you will**:

- Process orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
- Keep customers updated and informing them of order updates.
- Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
- Other general administration as required.

Your hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm.

**What you bring to the role**

- Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirable
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
- Willingness to learn.
