REMA TIP TOP Automotive is a leading supplier of tyre repair materials and tyre workshop supplies in Australia and the world.

We operate independently from the Rema Tip Top Industrie division, whose SEEK reviews we however share.

For our team in the Welshpool Store, we are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Officer to join us in a full-time permanent position.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Co-ordinating sales functions for both telephone and walk in customers to the retail store
  • Monitoring, managing and completion of online orders directed to the Welshpool warehouse.
  • Computer processing for sales related duties, including invoicing, picking slips, delivery dockets, booking freight.
  • Merchandising and housekeeping in the retail store
  • Occasionally assisting with light warehouse duties

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Passion for sales, possible with previous experience in a sales role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • High attention to detail
  • Hands on attitude
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Interest in the Automotive sector would be beneficial
