Groeneveld-BEKA, part of the Timken Company, is one of the world's largest manufacturers of automatic lubrication systems, lubricants and fluid management systems. We design, produce and distribute transport efficiency products to service the transport, mining, agriculture and construction sectors.

Based in Welshpool, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our small team and establish their long-tern career with us. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. As a Customer Service / Warehouse Admin, you will:

  • Interact with customers (walk-ins, email, phone call) and process their Sales/Parts Order.
  • Monitor freight delivery of incoming outgoing stock shipments
  • Process Technician stock requests.
  • Liaise with local suppliers regarding stock orders.
  • Pick & pack outward parts and kit orders when needed.
  • Receipt of inward goods & store them in the correct location.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Working in Transport and Logistics environment preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Management Software and data entry skills
  • Knowledge with working warehouse machinery and parts.
  • Previous experience of Parts / small parts interpretation preferred.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Work efficiently in a team and with limited supervision.
  • Good communication, language and literacy skills.
  • Good customer service skills - Telephone, Email and Walk-ins.
  • High attention to details.
