**About Us**

Questas Group is a group of diverse industrial companies providing design, sales, trade retail, service & repair, installation & commissioning and large scale projects across hydraulic, irrigation, pump and engine product lines to the mining, construction, agricultural and general industrial sectors.

**Role Responsibilities**

Based in our Head Office in Seven Hills, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
- Preparing payment plan and processing payments.
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes.
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
- Scanning and file management.

**About You**

You will ideally possess the following attributes, skills and experience:

- A minimum of three years experience in a high volume, full function accounts payable role.
- Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
- Experience in AP automation.
- Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
suppliers.
- Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
