This industry leading company based in Toowoomba are looking to recruit a Sales Support Consultant to join their team. As a Sales Support Consultant you will be responsible for actioning escalated adjustments to sales policies for new and existing customers. Your role will be to assist the sales and accounts teams’, area managers and company representatives.

**Your new role**

In your new role, you will be responsible will provide service of the highest standard to support your managers, account managers and external stakeholders, to maximise sales performance and help achieve sales and services within the business.

Your daily activities will include:

- Responding to and making amendments to client accounts
- Adjusting and modifying insurance policies to suit customer needs
- Actioning quotes, renewals to polices and retaining customers
- Ensuring debts are promptly actioned and maintained with company KPI standards
- Always demonstrating a customer centric towards customers to ensure a seamless experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability work in a high-volume contact centre environment
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
- Be able to navigate multiple computer systems and software
- Strong client and customer service experience
- Possess an initiative, resilient, courageous attitude, with the ability to problem solve
- Come from an insurance, administration or contact centre background.
