**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a **Trade Sales Representative**based in **Toowoomba** region.**A position like this doesn’t come up often and is due to a long-standing team member approaching retirement after almost 20 years with the business. This position involves working as part of our Trade Team - reporting to the QLD Trade Sales Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
- Growing sales, Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product quality and customer service
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our national critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
- Be honest, self-motivated and have a passion to be successful in Sales
- Ability to be on the road, manage your appointments and be still be productive
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
