**About the role**:
Geeks2U was acquired by Officeworks to expand our scope of services we offer to our customers and create a “one stop shop” for all the Technology needs of our household and business customers.

Geeks2U, Australia’s leading on-site technology support provider, has been acquired by Officeworks. We pride ourselves on delivering prompt, no fuss, same day tech services to customers in both metropolitan and regional areas right across Australia.

Services include repair of hardware and software, wireless and wired network set-up, virus, and spyware prevention and removal, device setup (from Smart TVs to tablets and smartphones), data backup and recovery solutions and just about any other type of technology support customers require at their homes or offices.

In this newly created role, the Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with Officeworks and any other key customer to promote the Geeks2U products and services to ensure excellent customer experience and brand awareness.

This position will be the main contact to resolve technical issues and manage administration and billing requirements. The role will be responsible for monthly reporting of service calls, spares status, and use collected data to provide recommendations with reference to SLAs and attend regular meetings with Officeworks and other companies and internal stakeholders. Further, the Account Manager will oversee the ticket management of reported faults and be the primary escalation point for faults and account issues.
