3 years ago we acquired Geeks2U to expand our scope of services we offer to our customers. Geeks is now integrated into our Officeworks Store network and website creating a “one stop shop” for all the Technology needs of our household and business customers.
Geeks2U, Australia’s leading on-site technology support provider, has been acquired by Officeworks. We pride ourselves on delivering prompt, no fuss, same day tech services to customers in both metropolitan and regional areas right across Australia.
Services include repair of hardware and software, wireless and wired network set-up, virus, and spyware prevention and removal, device setup (from Smart TVs to tablets and smartphones), data backup and recovery solutions and just about any other type of technology support customers require at their homes or offices.
**About the role**:
Geeks2U is seeking a Contractor Relationship Manager to join the team for a 12 month parental contract and head the Partnerships function including overseeing approximately 700 partners/ contractors,. This role will include actively managing the function’s performance and pursuing opportunities for growth and development, as well as reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of the function. The manager is responsible for leading, developing and supporting the Field Partnerships Team including the Field Partnerships Associate and the Field Partnerships Coordinator. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing all administrative support to contracting technicians, including weekly invoicing.

- Friendly and personable attitude that facilitates a positive relationship between Geeks2U and our partners
- Confidence in basic mathematics and administration tasks
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
