**Cub Campers - Sales and Marketing Manager**

Cub Campers is a third-generation Australian manufacturing company based in Sydney’s North Rocks. For over 50 years, Cub Campers has been an industry leader, manufacturing some of Australia’s best caravan and camper trailers.

**About the Role**:
Cub Campers is looking for a well presented, energetic, and motivated Marketing and Sales Manager to further develop an engaged, customer focused sales and marketing team.

The Cub Campers Sales and Marketing Manager will primarily, lead the growth of sales of our range of products, initiate and explore the opening of new markets both nationally and internationally. They will manage the sales and marketing team, as well as support the MD and the board in deciding on the future of the company

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Create and implement a broad range of marketing strategies and promotional activities for the company.
- Work within Cub Campers sales managers and dealers to establish and organise key areas of marketing and sales. Create systems and procedures to be implemented to ensure the growth of sales.
- Effectively lead a geographically dispersed team
- Build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with cross functional leaders
- Develop and implement overall sales strategies and be accountable for results and selling and promotion costs
- Develop separate strategies for B2B and B2C channels
- Develop and implement sales & marketing KPI’s in line with overall strategy
- Team skills development
- Identification of new domestic and international opportunities
- Excellent market knowledge
- Monitor industry and competitor activities and act if necessary
- Strong and proven sales and marketing background
- Sound management and people skills
- Able to organise and train others in sales and marketing
- Be well organised and excellent time management ability
- The ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills
- Highly self-motivated and team player

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Rocks, NSW 2151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 10 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 10 years (preferred)
- B2B marketing: 10 years (preferred)
- Direct marketing: 10 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
