**Job Title**: Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager / Content Creator
**Location**: Mona Vale, NSW
**Employment Type**: Full-Time 38 hours per week $75,000 or Part-Time 20 hours per week $37,000 (inclusive of Superannuation)
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised **Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager/Content Creator** to join our team. This hybrid role combines executive support with creative content development and customer service. You will manage our company’s social media presence, create engaging content, handle receptionist duties, and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management & Content Creation**
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, design, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels)
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals and marketing strategies
**Executive Assistance**
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments
**Receptionist & Customer Service Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone and front-desk manner
- Basic experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
**Desirable**:
- Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles
- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing or brand development
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
