About the Role We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Mona Vale View Care Community. What You’ll Need - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration). - Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare. - In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance. - A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams. - Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Willingness to complete: - Pre-employment medical - NDIS Worker Screening Check Lead with Heart & Expertise If you are a leader who believes in the power of compassionate, evidence-based care and wants to make a profound impact on a community, we would love to hear from you.
