- Manage regulatory interactions with ASIC and other applicable regulators across APAC.
- Oversee the accurate and timely submission of required regulatory reports, including breach reporting and derivative transaction reports under ASIC Regulatory Guides.
- Ensure compliance with obligations under the Corporations Act 2001, ASIC Act, and applicable derivatives regulations (e.g., margining, disclosures).
- Support audit readiness.
- Contribute to internal compliance frameworks for safeguarding client money (under ASIC expectations).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in business practices.
- Maintain and improve Corpay’s risk management framework, including risk registers and incident reporting.
- Support training, awareness, and regulatory change initiatives relevant to the APAC business.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as directed.

- Prior experience within an Australian financial institution, ideally in payments or foreign exchange.
- Knowledge of Australian regulatory obligations, particularly those set by ASIC and the Corporations Act.
- Familiarity with AFSL obligations.
- Exposure to FX derivative products (e.g. forwards, options) and transaction reporting regimes (e.g. ASIC's OTC derivatives reporting rules).
- Strong understanding of client money handling and safeguarding standards in the Australian market.
- Project management experience, with a track record of working cross-functionally in a multinational organisation.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating regulatory ambiguity with confidence.
