We are seeking a passionate, highly capable and results-driven Head of Operations to join our dynamic team in RehabCorp.

As our Head of Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving profitability and growth of RehabCorp. You will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of exceptional Physiotherapist and collaborate with the Doctors & Co. management team in supervising the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement clinic workflows, SOPs, and operational structures.
- Ensure smooth multi-site management across Goulburn, Kiama, and upcoming locations.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Compliance, and Clinical Leads to maintain high operational standards.

Clinic Setup and Business Expansion
- Oversee the launch and expansion of new clinics in Goulburn, Kiama, Carnes Hill, and Toongabbie.
- Ensure each location is fully functional, compliant, and financially viable before scaling.
- Work with Doctors&Co for smooth integration of payroll, HR, marketing, and compliance services.

Financial and Resource Management
- Work with the Finance Consultant to set up revenue tracking, budget management, and cost control.
- Ensure optimal use of clinic resources, staffing, and equipment to maintain efficiency.

HR, Recruitment and Workforce Development
- Work closely with HR to hire, onboard, and manage clinic staff.
- Ensure efficient rostering, scheduling, and productivity tracking.
- Build a structured induction and training process for new hires.

Compliance, Policies and Quality Assurance
- Ensure NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover, and aged care compliance at all locations.
- Develop and oversee risk management, incident reporting, and workplace policies.
- Implement best-practice governance models for healthcare service delivery.

Technology and Systems Implementation
- Oversee practice management software setup and integration.
- Ensure effective use of telehealth, patient booking, and reporting tools.
- Identify and implement process automation and digital efficiency improvements.

Stakeholder and Business Development
- Build strong relationships with doctors, medical centers, and referral networks.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to grow patient volumes and partnerships.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in healthcare operations, including allied health, NDIS, WorkCover, and aged care.
- Strong background in multi-site business management and clinic expansion.
- Expertise in workflow optimization, process improvement, and system integration.
- Financial and resource management experience, including budgeting and cost control.
- HR and team leadership skills, including hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and accreditation, including NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare, and aged care.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
