Position Summary: Chef ( italian food)
We are seeking a passionate and 4 years experienced chef to join our kitchen team.
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional culinary standards, and maintaining a smooth, efficient kitchen operations. This role requires a excellent culinary skills, creativity, and a dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
- prepare and cook high quality dishes according to restaurant menu
- Ensure food meets quality standards, taste, presentation and portions size
- Handling food
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
- Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food trends
- Strong team skills and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay: $52,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
