Immij is a leading print and communications provider servicing blue chip clients with 130+ employees across Melbourne and Sydney.
**What's On Offer**
Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an opening for a self-sufficient accounts administrator to join our team. This is an office-based position in our Mount Waverley operation working with our small and friendly team.
In this role, you will be expected to process accounts payable and receivable, daily job costing and invoicing amongst other varied duties. This role will require someone with experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication and numerical skills along with a customer service focus are key in this role. Previous experience in the printing industry will be well regarded but not essential.
**Responsibilities include**
Daily responsibilities
- Accounts payable processing including matching to purchase order and request for credits where applicable.
- End of month accounts payable and receivable reconciliations
- Reconciling customer job costings and creating invoicing via company accounting module
- Handling supplier and customer account queries
- Data entry processing of employee timesheets and payroll clock cards
- Office duties include ordering office supplies, filing, and answering phones
Key attributes
- Strong numerical skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management and an ability to prioritise, plan and organise
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
