We have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to move into our fast-paced Team at our Mount Waverley office, as an Account Executive.

**About The Role**

Joining our Client Service team, you will work closely with our Account Managers to deliver results for our clients within the FMCG industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring field briefs are loaded and implemented in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinating the communication between Client Service, Operations and the Field team
- Managing weekly administration and reporting in line with client expectations in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Supporting the field team and using problem solving skills to ensure delivery of client briefs
- Inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modelling data for Account Manager reporting to clients

The Account Executive position plays an integral role in the smooth implementation of our day to day operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a number of internal stakeholders and develop your professional skills with the guidance and support of those around you.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have a willingness to learn and a desire to take on new challenges and opportunities. You will have strong communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and previous experience in an Account Coordinator or Administrative role will be looked upon favorably.
