As an important part of Atlassian's long-term strategy, the Jira Platform organization is well-established, well-funded, and rapidly expanding. We are currently seeking a Head of Product, to lead Jira Platfrom.

In this role, you will tackle complex problems in Jira Platform, lead product strategies, conceive new offerings for both internal and external customers, and oversee their implementation in close collaboration with engineering and design teams partners.

- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing software company with a focus on Platfrom
- Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. Experience with defining and measuring key business and usage success metrics
- A passion for raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company. Always leading by example. High EQ.
- Customer obsession, with analytical abilities to use quantitative and qualitative data to understand their use cases and needs. You can gather, prioritize and translate customer and business requirements into successful product strategies
- A proven track record for defining and executing strategies that create real business and customer value, with data at the centre, in fast-growth or large-scale companies.
- Experience working with very technical teams, from infra and/or data teams, partnering across architecture, business, data science, design and engineering teams to ship impactful products.
- Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation - from customers, your reports, developers, to senior executives.
- A passion for raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company. Always leading by example
- Demonstrated leadership and product management experience with complex products

**Compensation**

Zone A: $255,200 - $340,200

Zone B: $229,700 - $306,200

Zone C: $211,800 - $282,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
