We are looking for an experienced
**Jira Administrator** to join our Global Business Systems team. As the Jira Administrator you will take full ownership of our Jira environment from reviewing the current layout to recommending solutions and then implementing these changes. You will be joining a strong team of developers and administrators who continually keep our global business systems up to date.

**What will you be working on as the Jira Administrator?**
- Liaising with cross functional teams to gather requirements
- Building a road map to enhance and improve Jira and related apps
- Maintenance, administration and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and other related tools
- Provide Jira training internally when required

**What experience do you need to become a Jira Administrator at LEAP Dev?**
- Demonstrated experience working with Jira
- Proven track record of maintaining a Jira environment
- Ability to perform enhancements, upgrades and streamline Jira
- Previous experience with related Atlassian tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
