Sydney, Australia Atlassian Full time

**Working at Atlassian** **Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.** - Your future team - Atlassian is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Jira Software Enterprise offering and Editions strategy. You'll be responsible for understanding and monitoring the levers that grow our Editions business today and proposing changes to what is packaged in our editions. You'll also identify opportunities to improve how Jira Software can better meet the needs of scaling and more complex organisations. - You'll research and assess features, capabilities and possible acquisitions to ramp up adoption and expansion of Jira Software for Enterprise-sized customers. - You'll collaborate with a vast array of teams across Atlassian to make your vision a reality, and create ongoing and tight feedback loops with our customer-facing teams (sales and support) to gather, share and action relevant feedback - and of course, directly with Enterprise customers themselves - You'll report to Group PM, Jira Software to tackle this exciting charter and unleash a new wave of growth for Jira Software Cloud. **What you'll do**: - Work closely with customers to identity their needs, short, medium, and long term - Work as more of a solo operator who will partner with a vast array of teams across Jira and Atlassian to share insights, collaborate around a vision and goals and making these a reality - Collaborate closely with our strategy, analytics, marketing and broader product teams to identify opportunities to maximise business impact and customer satisfaction and evaluate these through various lenses **Your background**: - You have a passion for building amazing experiences that customers love - You fall in love more with the customer's problem than with our engineering solution - You love talking to customers regularly, the bigger and hairier the better (and experience gathering data and insights from a customer base too large to talk to 1:1) - You can balance and prioritise across customers and the business - You care about small things as much as big things - You have great communication skills, both oral and written. You can "own" a room. - You have exceptional collaboration skills and can influence teams without formal authority - Previous experience as a senior product management experience in high-growth product organisations. - Full lifecycle experience working with Enterprise customers or relevant product experience. - Some previous experience proposing pricing and packaging changes **Our perks & benefits** To support you at work and play, our perks and benefits include ample time off, an annual education budget, paid volunteer days, and so much more. **About Atlassian** The world’s best teams work better together with Atlassian. From medicine and space travel, to disaster response and pizza deliveries, Atlassian software products help teams all over the planet. At Atlassian, we're motivated by a common goal: to unleash the potential of every team. We believe that the unique contributions of all Atlassians create our success.
