It’s a diverse, fun and super passionate community of Atlassian developers you’ll love working with As the Head of Product, Ecosystem Platform you evolve our extensibility platform and APIs to empower the diverse use cases our developer community is solving for and partner closely with various product teams including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Trello in order to both “raise the ceiling” of the types of apps that can be built for our Cloud products and “lower the bar” to creation, continuously making it easier to extend and integrate the Atlassian Cloud. You will also be a key member of the Economy Product Leadership team where our goal is to redefine/supercharge how customers _discover > trial > purchase_ Atlassian and related products from our Partners. Heading the product team for Ecosystem Platform, you will lead a passionate team of world-class product managers in planning, driving and executing on shared experiences across all new and existing Atlassian products. You will inspire and energize teams across Atlassian to define the vision, evaluate market opportunities, analyze industry trends as well as customer needs, and prioritize features and improvements. You will partner with engineering and design to form a triad to encourage and lead your team to success. **If you tick a couple of the below boxes, great Throw your hat in the ring and let’s go from there;**: - Extensive product management experience in tech - Holistic General Manager (GM) thinking that cuts across organization boundaries to define and execute strategies that create real business and customer value - Strong technical background to understand and prioritize the needs of developers as our customers - you’re a PM by trade, but love geeking out over great technical ideas from time to time - You love obsessing over your users (developers), and working directly with design and engineering to enable them to realize their ideas on our platform - Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. You're comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics - Ability to prioritize among opportunities, balance the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders of our platform and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions - Creativity in problem solving combined with an anything is possible attitude - Ability to inspire the team to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question and improve the experiences for our users and drive strategic impact. - Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organization - from customers, your reports, developers, to senior executives. - A passion for raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company. Always leading by example **It's great but not required if you have**: - Experience with product management on a SaaS platform or building developer APIs / SDKs so you know what it’s like to establish a platform and building for developers vs. directly solving for end user needs - Built apps or integrations for any of Atlassian’s products, or have been a startup founder so you have first-hand experience in building something new from scratch We don’t expect you to be able to tick every box.
