You are a Product Manager with a background in building, launching and scaling B2B SaaS products by working well with multiple engineering teams and partner teams in analytics, design, user research. You can look beyond the product and build a strategy that benefits the greater Atlassian good - You are a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in your craft, and have worked effectively with hybrid or fully remote teams. **What you have done**: - Outstanding team leadership, generating excitement for the work needed and the goal we're heading towards - Excellent ability to align with teammates in disparate areas critical for success, keeping everyone aligned. - Demonstrated understanding our business goals and developing a product roadmap where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success. - You've launched a customer-facing product or owned substantial features or scope within a large product - You are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeating - Working knowledge of how to ship in a lean, agile environment - Know how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisions - Experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iterating.
