You'll join a small, creative team that is agile, works quickly, and focuses on impact. Jira Work Management (JWM) is hiring a Principal Product Manager, reporting to Head of Product, JWM. You are a Product Manager with a background in building, launching and scaling B2B SaaS products by working well with multiple engineering teams and partner teams in analytics, design, user research. You'll lead a product team based in Australia and the United States, focused on specific goals important to JWM's success. **You'll love this role if**: - You are known for your "can do" demeanour, curiosity and creativity. - You have prior success in leading product teams, setting product vision and strategy and launching excellent products. - You can lead the team through setting clear goals, making decisions, and communicating crisply to your team, to leaders across Atlassian, and to our customers and partners. - You can create positive outcomes across products and teams outside your direct area to ensure we are all running in the same direction. - You think about customers and their user experience first, while also grounding decisions in data. - You can see a bet not working out, quickly retrenching and refocusing on alternative options with more promise - You see and understand the bigger picture. You can look beyond the product and build a strategy that benefits the greater Atlassian good - You are a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in your craft, and have worked effectively with hybrid or fully remote teams. **What you have done**: - Outstanding team leadership, generating excitement for the work needed and the goal we're heading towards - Excellent ability to align with teammates in disparate areas critical for success, keeping everyone aligned. - Demonstrated understanding our business goals and developing a product roadmap where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success. - You've launched a customer-facing product or owned substantial features or scope within a large product - You are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeating - Working knowledge of how to ship in a lean, agile environment - Know how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisions - Experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iterating.
