We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Belonging and Inclusion Lead to join a well known Victorian TAFE provider. This is an ongoing role based in Dandenong, offering a unique blend of on-site and remote work flexibility. As part of their commitment to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Gender Equity Action Plans**: Oversee the development and execution of current and future Gender Equity Action Plans, ensuring compliance and progress reporting.
- **Implement People Plan Strategy**: Take the lead in implementing actions outlined in the People Plan Strategy, particularly focusing on the theme of Positive and Diverse workforce.
- **Professional Development Program**: Develop and lead a program for ongoing professional development related to legislation pertinent to gender equity, anti-discrimination, and the prevention of sexual harassment.
- **Social Justice Charter**: Lead, manage, and support the Social Justice Charter and associated Action Plan, fostering an environment of inclusivity and fairness.
- **Belonging and Inclusion Plans**: Take charge of developing and managing the Belonging and Inclusion Plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- **Prevention and Response**: Lead efforts to prevent and respond to sexual harassment and family violence within the organization, providing support and guidance as needed.
- **Governance and Reporting**: Manage governance requirements and reporting obligations associated with the role, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- **Feedback Review**: Review and lead strategies based on feedback from the People Matter Survey related to gender equity, discrimination, sexual harassment, and belonging and inclusion.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of gender equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to gender equity, anti-discrimination, and sexual harassment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and inclusivity.
- Relevant qualifications in HR, diversity and inclusion, or a related field are highly desirable.
