**What you’ll do
- Execute workload planning for assigned area into actual results
- Lead by example building and promoting a team environment focused on working collaboratively and championing the Primary Connect values
- Use effective communication techniques which encourage open and honest communications with internal and external team partnerships
- Ensure that the team comply with safety policies, procedures and role responsibilities
- Have an in-depth understanding of your area of responsibility to ensure that you are able to work with key stakeholders to optimise efficiency, delivery of KPI’s and support continuous improvement Demonstrate high level of ownership of area and ensure appropriate accountability exists

**What you’ll bring
- Proven people leadership skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a warehouse / distribution / logistics environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of distribution centre systems eg. JDA (Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Yard Management System).
- Experience with various computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Suite
- **Must be able to work a set roster which includes Saturday and Sunday
