About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Spray Painter Leading Hand to guide and mentor our experienced team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in spray painting along with a strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. We value a commitment to upholding workplace policies and adhering to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards. Additionally, experience in heavy vehicle transport accident repairs is essential for success in this role.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A focus on quality workmanship and safety
  • Experience in heavy vehicle transport accident repairs
  • Ability to uphold workplace policies and adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
