Our client is a global event production management company that produce events of all sizes and complexities. With a desire to grow their creative team, they are on the hunt for an experienced event designer to add creative input to their team.

**The role**:

- Design cutting-edge experiences
- Manage unique design ideas from conception through to execution and post event
- Promote your department as a unique offering
- Attend meetings internally and externally
- Ensure event safety measures are always adhered to
- Identify ways to showcase the company’s creative services
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure client’s brief is met
- Grow and maintain supplier relationships
- Attend networking and industry events on occasion
- Weekly + Monthly billing reports
- Coordinate and procure relevant suppliers for activations and events
- Manage your team and work with them on developing their individual growth plans
- Experience in AutoCad is highly advantageous
- Ability to communicate design concepts internally and externally
- Solutions focussed; you will find alternatives to meet client brief on assigned budget
- Ahead of the curve, you will identify new creative services for the company to offer
- A passion for event design is a must
- Impeccable presentation
- Comfortability client-facing and presenting concepts
- Strong in stakeholder relations including clients, staff and third-party suppliers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Financial management skills - understanding of profit margins
- Comfortable making decisions
- Hight attention to detail
