An exciting role has become available for an Events Manager to join us here at HUB24. We have approx 20 small events per year, and we need YOU to help us organise and manage the events with the help of our sales and customer teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with marketing, sales and product teams design and deliver creative client and partner events that align with brand, corporate sustainability and enhance customer experience
- Manage event relationships with industry partners
- Develop event assets that can be easily packaged for customer events
- Source and secure venues
- Develop event plans, stand designs and briefs for stakeholder approval
- Co-ordinate development of content and speakers
- Manage event budgets and vendor invoicing
- Manage event logistics ensuring event runs smoothly and feedback is sought post event.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in events management
- Proven experience in delivering successful client events
- Proven experience in mid scale conference event management
- Project management skills
- Genuine interest in the challenges and opportunities in financial services and advice.
- Hands on approach to getting the job done
