Your new opportunity
As the Manager, Planning and Reporting at Queensland Treasury, you will have the chance to lead the corporate planning and reporting function. Working with key stakeholders, you will support the agency's strategic direction and foster a culture of corporate performance.
**In this role, you will**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders in the development and implementation of performance management activities.
- Lead the corporate planning and reporting function to ensure alignment with the agency's strategic direction.
- Provide cross-functional support to influence decision-making and embed a culture of corporate performance.
- Work within a small multi-disciplinary team to drive the agency's corporate performance agenda.

**What experience you will bring**:

- Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of performance management activities.
- Strong strategic planning and reporting skills, with the ability to align activities with the agency's objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with key partners.
- Experience in driving cultural change and embedding a performance-driven culture.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a government or corporate environment.

Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
