**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager - Inventory Purchasing, the Materials Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring parts are procured and available to meet internal and external customer demand by responding to general purchasing enquires and facilitating end to end order management.

You are adaptable and competent in reading and interpreting material demand signals, with excellent communication and customer service skills. You have a solid understanding and experience in supply chain logistics, high attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving skills. Moreover, you are results oriented, enthusiastic and a great team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting supply signals using ERP software;
- Timely and effective provision of parts; purchasing, supply and returns;
- Effective management of system inputs relating to supply; including data management, data management and resolution of order discrepancies (price, quantity and specification);
- Managing and developing relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
- Provision of reports and data as required;
- Compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy and Procedures;
- Alerting the organisation of potential or known problems that affect the quality of products and services.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent with experience in a similar role;
- Exposure in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Exposure in the use of Baan IV ERP Systems;
- Exposure in the use of Baan IV EPR System.
