
Reverse Supply Chain Coordinator

**About the role**
Reporting to the National Distribution Centre Manager, the Revere Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the active and hands-on approach to scrap management, core credit claims, factory core returns, regional core process monitoring and reporting, warehouse monitoring and reporting for all returned cores to Adelaide from regions. The Revere Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for detailed core tracking and database management to allow for accurate, serialised core tracking nationally.
The Revere Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, processing, production facilitation and purchasing of pumps along with the coordination of logistics, and warranty claims management.

**Duties**:
- Monitoring, reporting, and processing scrap levels nationally.
- Coordinating the effective flow of factory core inventory from Australia to overseas factories
- Coordinating the effective flow of regional cores inventory from regional warehouses to the National Distribution Centre in Adelaide
- Effective coordination, processing, production facilitation and purchasing of pumps, liaising with external stakeholders and the local purchasing team.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in mining equipment highly regarded
- Ability to identify and/or understand parts and components
- Highly capable in the use of MS Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of an ERP System
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse large data-sets
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
