**About the role**:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage the end to end supply chain for our value added products. This role will drive continuous improvement across the supply chain and manage supplier relationships to deliver value and optimise profitability.

Please note regular travel to Murray Bridge will be required for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the End to end planning from raw material requirement to order fulfilment for all value added products
- Manage supplier relationships to achieve supplier performance objectives and drive improvement
- Manage daily production and distribution and resolve issues as they arise
- Manage inventory - volume, age and write-off/down grade
- Complete capacity plans for all value added suppliers - rolling 12 month
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on cost improvement & capacity optimisation
- Work with innovation team to source and develop new suppliers to drive manufacturing efficiency for new products

**About you**:

- End to end supply chain experience required
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain desirable
- Curiosity and inquisitiveness - a love for the ‘why?’
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities
- Analytical rigour
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
