**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The Mercy Health Transformation team provides strategic and specialist support to Executives and Senior Leaders on the development, implementation, planning, and monitoring of workstreams and initiatives designed to deliver transformational change in the way that Mercy Health delivers customer and community outcomes, financial sustainability, operating effectiveness, and the workplace experience for its people.
- The HRIS Data Migration Lead is responsible for providing leadership of the Data Migration Stream for the HRIS Transformation project and will utilise the agreed project management framework and program governance mechanisms to effectively manage the day-to-day activities and applicable SME resources for the workstream across the full project lifecycle.
- Specifically, the HRIS Data Migration Lead will liaise closely with the vendor partner equivalent lead and to hold responsibility for activities including: - The leadership, coordination, and support for assigned functional workstream activities in support of the new Mercy Health HRIS across all phases of the project to support a successful project outcome
- Driving the Data Migration Strategy to determine scope (In particular historical data required), migration approach between source systems and target ERP.
- Assuming responsibility for identifying conversion source systems, and proactively engaging with those system owners where relevant.
- To plan and execute Data preparedness activities including data profiling, cleansing and monitoring.
- Develop critical success factors for in-scope data elements to ensure a successful reconciliation post-go-live.
- Build and maintain key internal and vendor partnership relationships
- This is a full-time (76 hrs a fortnight), 12 month fixed term position based from our Richmond Office with hybrid working arrangements (3 days onsite; 2 days WFH) available.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- We are seeking a proven leader with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.- Relevant degree in Computing, Project Management and/or Business Management
- Quality certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar
- Demonstrated professional experience and project leadership skills in testing for large scale system implementations / ERP solutions
- Full life-cycle implementation experience of Workday (or another HCM platform) will be highly valued, along with Health Industry experience
- A basic understanding of Human Resource processes and procedures
