**About the Role**

The role requires highly developed interpersonal skills and strategies for dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders with different needs in a dynamic and complex environment. Exceptional planning and time-management skills and the ability to provide guidance to graduate researchers and academic staff based on relevant policy and procedures are also key requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high-quality and timely advice and support to graduate researchers, academic staff and stakeholders in graduate research matters;
- Deliver a range of administrative tasks including managing various graduate research processes, responding to enquires, supporting committees, overseeing project administration and producing reports;
- Support a range of graduate research activities, including organising graduate research inductions, information sessions, enrichment activities, workshops and seminars, managing study spaces and coordinating research support funding schemes;
**Who We Are Looking For**
We’re looking for people who demonstrate well-developed problem-solving skills, sound judgement and display initiative. Someone who can work collaboratively across the team, faculty and university and can also manage and priorities tasks to ensure key responsibilities are met.

You will also have:

- A tertiary qualification or a mix of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders (e.g students, academics and inter-departments) and deliver high-quality customer services
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and judgement to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in providing committee support including minute taking, preparing papers and communications
