**About the Role**
The Research and Graduate Research Coordinator delivers key administrative functions to academic staff and students across the school to enhance the service experience. The position supports the school’s research and student/graduate research training strategy by providing high-level administrative coordination for related activities, working closely with the Academic portfolio leads for Research, Graduate Research, and Postgraduate Programs, as well as liaison with the Faculty Graduate Research team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- In liaison with the Faculty Graduate Research team, administer the school’s graduate research processes pertaining to admissions and scholarships (including pre-screening and pre-scoring).
- Provision of executive support to School committees as required, including the Graduate Research subcommittee, and provision of administrative support to the Academic portfolio leads for Research, Graduate Research/Postgraduate, and Honours Coordinator.
- Coordinate the administration of Trust-funded scholarships relating to research and graduate research and administer internal funding schemes pertaining to research and student research including student travel awards, student research project funding, and seed funding.
- Coordinate research and student research-related events such as seminars and research days and incorporate feedback for future events.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You should possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to provide administrative support and coordinate research activities. Proficiency in MS Office suite and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

You will also have:

- A completed undergraduate degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated high-level of organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong customer service ethic with the ability to manage pressure in a fast[1]paced client service environment, and a demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent service to a diverse range of clients with differing needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an environment with changing demands.
