**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing executive support to Faculty committees, including organising meetings, drafting reports, and contributing to governance and strategy discussions.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing graduate research events and activities.
- Managing administrative tasks related to graduate research programs, including admissions, enrolment, and study planning, as well as implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service is evident in your proactive approach to resolving queries and managing complex tasks. Your collaborative nature ensures you work seamlessly within teams, while your self-motivation and initiative allow you to excel independently and navigate changing priorities with ease. Additionally, your ability to create positive relationships and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work culture will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

You also have:

- Proven experience in coordinating complex functions, demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, and managing competing deadlines effectively.
- A demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
