**The Company**
Our client, an established Property Development company based in the Sydney CBD, is seek an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Office Manager will manage all aspects of office administration (for the head office and remote offices) and oversee the daily operations with a small front-of-house team.

The Office Manager will operate broadly and strategically, getting involved in the day-to-day while working proactively.

Duties will include:

- Office Operations: manage all aspects of office administration, reception, meeting room coordination, deliveries, and ordering of office suppliers
- Team Leadership: managing a small team of receptionists and admin staff, offering support and guidance
- Stakeholder Management: working closely with the partners to improve the office environment and ensure efficient processes are being followed, liaise with key external stakeholders
- Change Management & Projects: proactively managing change such as office growth/ setup, being a positive force in the business to encourage change, leading any projects to better the office environment

- Proactive mindset and ability to bring people on the journey with change
